Karell takes care of all administration in the Inverness office. Her main tasks include assisting with Walk Leader and Cascade Training courses and liaising with organisers and trainers to make sure that the courses run as smoothly as possible. She is also responsible for sending out all training materials and workplace and community merchandise.
