National Networking Event 2010

Paths for All is the national charity promoting walking for health and development of multi-use path networks in Scotland.  We aim to increase the health and well-being of inactive people in Scotland by working in partnership with communities, workplaces and health professionals.

If you share our vision of a happier, healthier, greener, more active Scotland - then our national networking event is for you.

Now in its 8th year, the national networking event provides an informal opportunity to get to know others, share good practice and plan for the future.  Our theme for this year’s event is ‘celebrating diversity’ and the programme will showcase the range of settings and people we work, and walk with.  Along with the usual walkers’ stories, experiences from volunteers and presentations from professionals involved in both health promotion policy and practice.

This event has built a reputation as one of the most creative and practical days for anyone with an interest in addressing health and social issues in Scotland.  This year will be no exception, with more than 300 participants expected.

This is a free event and some funding is available to help cover travel expenses for volunteers who require it.  Please contact us to find out if we are able to offer help.

To register, please print off and return the attached booking form, or complete the online form opposite, by Monday 16 August.
